How many people must attend?
Since the cost for the on-site training is based upon a flat fee, it is at your discretion as to the number of participants. An assistant is required for classes with twelve or more participants.

May I schedule all of the classes back to back?
Yes, dependent upon instructor availability. Vettanna has found that participants absorb the material more thoroughly if they first go back and apply class concepts on the job before taking the next class. However, you may schedule whatever works best for your team.

May I schedule all of the classes simultaneously?
Yes, dependent upon instructor availability.

What if someone can't make all three days?
Vettanna recommends that you register for a class that your employees will be able to fully attend so that they can effectively implement their new skills on the job. But, do whatever works best for your schedule.

Do I need to provide a training room with computers?
That would be lovely; however, Vettanna can provide laptops if you do not have a training facility.

Can participants bring their own laptops to use in the class?
Vettanna has found that it is more effective for the participant to use the training computers for two reasons:
1. Vettanna will have pre-installed the necessary software. This avoids tech support issues during the class.
2. Participants stay focused on the course and are less likely to multi-task new learning with current project task completion.

May I modify the course outline?
We do not advise modifying the courses but... Yes, they can be modified.
The Vettanna courseware is built like a house, some classes lay the foundation, others construct a framework, and others finish it off with sheetrock and paint. Altering the outlines typically leaves out foundation and framing pieces that build a conceptual knowledge base. Although we recommend against modifying the course outlines, Vettanna recognizes businesses have specific requirements and needs. Based upon your schedule and budget it may be more effective for you to mix and match the course modules or pay a fee for customized training. Vettanna can also cobrand and personalize the class with examples from your product or specific industry.
