Selecting courses for onsite training
The on-site courses can be delivered in three ways:
1. The complete courses as described in the course outlines
2. Mix and Match the modules that you need.
3. Personalize materials with your product examples, labs about your product and your company logo.
4. Customize materials to match specific needs. (Ex. Extensive coverage of testing web-based apps.)

Registering for onsite training
Contact Vettanna (866-422-0948) for a training proposal. Vettanna will ask for the following information to complete the proposal:

1. Which courses or modules are you interested in?
2. How many people will attend?
3. What dates do you prefer for your training?
4. Do you have access to a training room with computers?
5. Do your training computers run Windows with MSAccess 97/2000 or later?
6. Does your training room have a projector to which the trainer can connect their laptop?
7. Will your company be providing refreshments for the breaks or should Vettanna make those arrangements?
8. Where are you located?
9. Does your company have a discount with a local hotel?

Payment Terms
The proposal will provide the details of the payment terms. The key terms for you to consider in planning the online training are:

1. A Purchase Order (PO) must be received prior to dates being reserved and at least 30 days prior to the class start date.
2. A Contract for Services must be signed prior to scheduling trainer travel (Remember, the best travel prices are with a 21 day advance reservation).
3. ½ of payment must be received 2 days prior to scheduled class start date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the company cancels or reschedules the training 14 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled training start date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If the company cancels or re-schedules 14 calendar days or less before the scheduled training start date, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged, invoiced and payable immediately.
