Our Founders: Siblings Jennifer and John Flaa
Jennifer Flaa
Ms Flaa is a visionary entrepreneur who began her career testing space flight hardware at NASA. She was QA Manager at Symantec and several Bay Area startups before starting her own businesses (6 so far).

She has consulted with executives and entrepreneurs about presenting live and on video so they can avoid the mistakes that diminish audience confidence.
​
She is the author of "The Happiness Handbook: Living Your Extraordinary Life", "White Fawn" and her Hurricane Ian story is featured in "Storm Stories". She is vocalist for the rock band, Urban Fiction and vintage jazz duo, Zippy Katz and the tiki bar favorite Wild Life Drive. Look carefully and you may also find her onstage, backstage or coaching actors.
John Flaa
Mr. Flaa is the driving force behind Vettanna's rapid growth and has managed Vettanna's shift to IT resourcing & solutions. John is an extraordinary executive and people manager. John is the reason why Vettanna has a dramatically high retention rate in clients and in staff.

With over 20+ years in the software industry, John has broad experience delivering projects and resources for startups & Fortune 100 clients. As a client of Vettanna, you'll witness John's direct engagement approach of listening and fully comprehending. This is the key to Vettanna's exceptional IT services.

John is often found directing and guiding young actors in the Seattle area.
